The Base Venue Pricing includes the following:

For Corporate and Other Events

Exclusive enjoyment of the property for the full day from 8 am to 12 midnight (until 1 am for cleanup)

Only your event happening on your booked date.

Setup and teardown of tables and chairs according to floor plans<

Basic Venue Coordination services including site & floor plan.

On-site parking

Heated indoor barn for fall, winter and spring months

For Weddings
