The Base Venue Pricing includes the following:

For Corporate and Other Events

Exclusive enjoyment of the property for the full day from 8 am to 12 midnight (until 1 am for cleanup)

Only your event happening on your booked date.

Setup and teardown of tables and chairs according to floor plans

Outdoor fire pit with wood provided

Basic Venue Coordination services including site & floor plan.

On-site parking

Heated indoor barn for fall, winter and spring months

Rustic, elegant and clean indoor washroom facilities
For Weddings

Note: the barn indoors can accommodate up to 120 people. Additional people can be accommodate through a tent located adjacent the barn or through larger tent options to accommodate your guest number of up to 300.
