Base Venue Pricing - What's Included?

NOTE FOR EVENTS THAT HAVE ALREADY BOOKED WITH US: Changes and new offers that may be made in this estimator are not applicable to agreements that have been previously made for events already booked.

This First Page of the Estimator will provide the Base Venue Pricing at the bottom of page once you make the following selections.

The Base Venue Pricing includes the following:

Exclusive enjoyment of the property for the full day from 8 am to 12 midnight (until 1 am for cleanup)

Only your event happening on your booked date.

Setup and teardown of tables and chairs according to floor plans

Outdoor fire pit with wood provided

Basic Venue Coordination services including site & floor plan.

On-site parking

Heated indoor barn for fall, winter and spring months

Rustic, elegant and clean indoor washroom facilities

Accommodations for bridal and bridal party prep and night of wedding stay (starting at 8 am to 10 am following day), location for groom and groomsmen pre (starting at 12 noon to 6 pm day of) and Tiny House accommodation for use and stay at your discretion (12 noon to 10 am following day)
