Michael is Fermanagh Farm’s mixologist and lead bartender, bringing creativity, professionalism, and a passion for all things drinks to every celebration. By learning about what you like to drink and your favourite flavours, Michael personalizes your bar experience.  He is renowned for crafting amazing cocktails, delivering exceptional guest service, and elevating the bar experience for weddings and special events.
